I cannot see the My Installs and Subscriptions menu option

If you cannot see the Menu option "My Installs & Subscriptions", then:

  1. Check your user has Manage Billing Permissions set.
  2. You logged in using a Salesforce account. I.e. NOT my trailblazer account
  3. You have logged into your PRODUCTION org and NOT a sandbox or developer org
